A photographer will contact you within  1.5 hours to schedule your property shoot. 9-5 M-F

When photographers call to set up the appointment share any special circumstances or issues

Think about night time & aerial images, and if it might bring more buyers or sellers. 

The property must be in photo-ready before we arrive. We do not offer cleaning or staging services

Our photographers are not allowed to touch items at the location. This is a security issue

Please take the time to make sure your property is ready for photos, reshoots are not free (fee) 

Please leave a key, or offer the box codes for shoots where you will not be present.

Make all parties aware of weather issues that couple potentially delay your shoot.

If you need to delay your shoot please contact your photographer; the one who made the appt.
